The Alamosa County Local Marketing District (“LMD”) is requesting Competitive Proposals from qualified firms interested in contracting with the LMD to provide building demolition services for the removal and clean-up of a site located at 601 Hunt Ave., Alamosa, CO 81101 also commonly known as the “Motorway” building.
The site and building are illustrated on the aerial map included in this document. Generally, the building is approximately 9,609 square feet which is primarily used for equipment and material storage. It is the LMD’s intent to select a contractor for the site that will, in LMD’s sole determination, provide the best demolition proposal at the least overall cost. Removal will also include excavating any concrete foundation and footing. An Add Alternate bid item to construct a temporary fence is also included in the project scope.
