Job Description: Department of Human Services is seeking a Case Manager. Responsibilities include: Determines eligibility for Temporary Aid to Needy Families (TANF)/Colorado Works, Food Assistance/SNAP, and Health First Colorado (Medicaid).  Must have strong computer skills and interviewing skills.  Will complete individual responsibility contracts with applicants and maintains a broad knowledge of community services.  High School Diploma or equivalent required, two years of education and experience preferred.  Bilingual preferable.   $15.92 per hour.  Full time working 37.5 hours per week, full benefits. Back ground check and drug test required.
