Job Description: Alamosa County Land Use Office is seeking a building inspector.  This position is under basic supervision performs skilled/specialized inspection and plan review work involving the interpretation and enforcement of codes and regulations to ensure public safety and health. Provides the range of expertise necessary to carry out the normal functions of plan review and building inspection services. Inspections must comply with the standards of the 2012 International Residential and 2012 Building Codes and the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code for permitted residential and non-residential projects.  Full time, full benefits.  Click here to view the Alamosa County Benefits Guide.  Salary is $24.00 - $30.00 DOQ
