When you contact us, please provide as much of the following information as possible in regard to the child(ren) you are concerned about. The information is important to ensure the safety and welfare of the individuals involved.

How to Report Adult Abuse/Neglect Concerns
Adult Protection Services are provided to at-risk-adults age 18 and older who, due to age or disability, are unable to protect themselves and susceptible to mistreatment or self-neglect.
- To make a report of suspected mistreatment or self-neglect of an at-risk adult, call the Alamosa County Department of Human Services at (719) 589-2581.
- To make a report after regular business hours, call (719) 589-7805.
