Alamosa County has adopted the 2018 versions of the building codes.
All new permits and permits re-issued after July 1 are subject the 2018 International Building Code (IBC) , International Residential Code (IRC), International Mechanical Code (IMC) and International Energy Conservation Code (IECC).
