Upgrades to be Made to Alamosa County Railroad Crossings

Through a joint effort of the Alamosa County Road & Bridge Department and the Colorado Pacific Railroad, four railroad crossings will be repaired and upgraded this fall beginning the week of September 9.

Stanley Road Reopens

Stanley Road is back open as of late yesterday afternoon. There is a speed reduction in place in both directions, 30MPH. A guardrail section needs to be reattached still and the area will be highlighted with cones this coming week. Road users are asked to please obey the posted speed limit.
